Late last year I started blogging a lot more than I had earlier in 2011. As I gamed less and spent more nights at home, I got more painting done, and my interest in miniatures (over board games) returned. And starting in early January of this year I actually got to posting on the blog every single day. This lasted for well over a month, nearly two, actually! I was hoping to hit 2-months’ worth of straight posting, but it sort of fell apart on Monday, and now I’ve missed two days in a row. Phooey!
But lately I’ve been thinking, perhaps I should post less frequently, and make the posts that I do put up more meaningful. Quality over quantity, and all that. I don’t think that too many of my posts have been that meaningless, but I’m sure there are enough that went up that didn’t need to. Just daily fillers, and the like.
Now that I’ve effectively stopped the daily post, I think I’ll do that. I might get into the habit of posting certain things on certain days, like “WIP Wednesdays” or “Workbench Update Sundays,” something like that. We’ll see.
Regardless, I won’t be posting every day anymore. For now, I’m going to post when I have something a bit more important to say or show off.
I still encourage you to Follow my blog, and to come by when you see that I post (like on the TGN blog network), of course.
I’m going to go back to painting, and see if I can come up with something interesting to write about Tuesday’s Freebooter’s Fate game with Loy, or the Malifaux game with Scott.
Thanks for reading.
